- Make it a habit to carry fresh vegetables and fruit with you. Easy-to-carry options include apples, pears, bananas, baby carrots, tomatoes and grapes.

Making healthy food fun for kids is GENIUS suggestion. I don't know how many people will have the time to create the hilarious sandwich sculptures you've made every morning, a healthy meal that was a tenth as entertaining would readily be consumed by most kids! Genius!!
